Hoops are for sale locally at Peg City Yoga (213 ½ Osborne St.) or order custom hoops by following the ordering directions on the Hoops page on this site. Hoops are also available at the following events:
*July Workshops!
1) Beginner Hooping Workshops- Ages 15+up (Winnipeg)
%) Sunday, July 17 11:30-1pm– *Beginner Workshop (Outdoor) – Vimy Ridge Park – $15 (email to register)
%%) Thursday, July 20 – 7-8:30pm – *Beginner Workshop (Outdoor) – Peg City Yoga – $15 (email to register)
This workshop is for fresh hoopers and those of you who want to refine and expand your blossoming hooping skills. It is 90 mins of wham bam-basics and fun and flowy tricks. On and off-the-body. Explore the connection between your body and your hoop. No experience required…we start it all off with keeping the hoop up!
**Hoops are required for the class. If you have a hoop to bring, awesome. If you don’t, or if you want another one, you can get one for the workshop for $45 (saving $5…glow extra) You can even get it for a gift for someone else if you’d like! NOTE: A non-judgemental observation…hoops from Walmart or Superstore that cost $5 are for the most part, terrible for hooping. For all of humanity, please do not bring one of these hoops with you – unless it is for comedic purposes. If you do choose to bring one, great too as I will be able to demonstrate the challenges with these hoops.
**Cost: $15 /workshop or $60 (incl. a hoop)
2) Beginner Continuing Hooping Workshops- Ages 15+up (Winnipeg) – Wednesday June 8 (outdoor) and Sunday June 12 @ 1-3pm (indoor if rain, outdoor if not – space is limited)
%) Thursday, July 28 – 7-9pm – * Beginner Continuing Workshop (Outdoor) – Peg City Yoga – $20 (email to register)

Explore the connection between your body and your hoop. Class is tailored to participant skill level, however you must be able to already waist-hoop to attend this workshop.
**Hoops are required for the class. Same info as above.
**Cost: $20/workshop or $65 (incl. a hoop)

Hi Sarah
We met at Tad Hargrave’s Green Gather Grub night! Hi!
I was so excited to take a hoop workshop with you and inquired on how and what to do but for some silly reason just looked at your dates today
The next one I can make is May 15th, the only thing is that I am a beginner and the may 15th class is second level! I would like to join the class anyway and just push myself. I am wondering if this is cool with you? I have hooped before and can keep it up, I just don’t know how to do much else yet!I would also love to order a hoop. I was in Peg Yoga a week to 10 days ago and saw a pink one that I loved! It was pink on pink ! I talked to your partner that teaches there she may recall which pink one I mean!
Please let me know what’s next, pay at Peg City Yoga or other, thanks!!
Cheers
Pamela

I am interested in advanced hooping classes. Can you provide me with any information about advanced classes? ALSO, I am extremely interested in POI hooping! I’ve learned a few things, but really need some instruction… is there anything that you can do to help me out? I’m an avid hooper looking for a community

1) I am interested in getting a hoop to take to Arizona. Do you have ready to take ones in your studio?
2) Are there any videos I can watch to see how to use it as I will be away for 4 months and all your classes are full. I will be going away around Dec. 1st.
3) If another class is scheduled in before then, please let me know.
Thanks,
Rene
